Case Study - Hotels

Accor Hotels – Southwark & Greenwich

Create Construction was appointed by French hotel chain, Accor Hotels, to complete new build work on two of its London hotels; the All Season Southwark Rose Hotel and the Ibis at Greenwich.

The 26 week contract for the Southwark Rose included a 22 bedroom, 4 storey extension to the existing hotel. The extension was constructed using a SFS frame with Create completing core and shell.

Work to the Greenwich Ibis included a 38 bedroom extension, again with SFS frame, with Create completing core and shell.

Both projects were carried out in live environments, with services to the hotels and adjoining Cafe Rouge at Greenwich, maintained at all times.
