A fast track scheme to refurbish 171 bedrooms on behalf student accommodation provider, Liberty Living Plc.
The 8 week contract at Liberty’s Don Street Halls of Residence included 29 clusters, each comprising of 6 bedrooms and associated communal areas, such as kitchen and lounge. The newly refurbished rooms will offered modern decor, leather sofas and wood effect flooring.

The refurbishment programme also included the relocation of a management suite, which comprised of office and meeting provision for the on-site management team. During the changeover over from the existing office facility to new management suite, all operational systems remained live during the busy summer period.
