Case Study - Boutique Hotel

Drayton Court

Create provided a turnkey service to Fuller, Smith & Turner, to develop a 27 bedroom boutique hotel - part of a £2.1 million re-development of the Drayton Court public house.
The scheme was developed from Stage A onwards and included obtaining planning permission, cost planning and associated project management, through to construction.

The project included 22 boutique bedrooms and 5 contemporary suites, staff accommodation, refurbishment and extension of the main function room, together with provision of enhanced catering facilities to serve the Drayton Court’s growing wedding and corporate market.
The project was carried out in a live environment and phasing of works enabled the public house to continue trading during the busy Christmas period - a temporary kitchen was put in place so that food trade was not affected.

The Drayton Court is 1 of 12 sites on which Create has been advising Fuller, Smith & Turner, as part of their ‘Rooms for Growth’ strategy.
