A £3million design and build contract to refurbish student accommodation across 3 sites in Aberdeen, on behalf of client Liberty Living Plc.

The 14 week contract involved the strip out and refurbishment of 425 student bed spaces and associated communal areas, at the popular Linksfield, Rosemount and St Peters sites.
The accommodation serves students enrolled at Aberdeen’s Robert Gordon University, voted the ‘Best Modern University in the UK’ in The Times Good University Guide 2009.
