The extensive works included everything from the removal and re-instatement of the existing ground flour slab. in order to install state-of-the-art under-floor heating, to the supply and installation of designer fixtures Ind fittings.

The £1M+ scheme was focused on creating a modern contemporary feel to public areas of the hotel, including seamless glass doors and bespoke reception desk with LED lighting curved glass and granite work surafces. The 16-week project was within a live hotel environment all services and operating systems maintained at all times.
